Quick Start Guide
What Do I Need Before I Get Started?
Before you begin, it helps to have the following ready:
Your website URL: the system uses this to automatically pull your brand information
Your social media account logins: for connecting LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook
Your ad platform and analytics logins: for connecting Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, and Meta Ads
Your CMS login: for connecting WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify, or Wix
You do not need to connect everything at once. You can complete the onboarding with just your website URL and add integrations at any time from your account settings.
How Do I Set Up Marketeam.ai?
Step 1: What Happens When I Enter My Website URL?
After logging in for the first time, Marketeam.ai will prompt you to enter your website URL. This is the starting point for your entire brand setup.
Once you enter your URL, the system will automatically analyse your website and pull your:
Brand name
Brand tagline
Brand description
Review these details and edit them if needed. Your brand profile is the foundation that every AI marketing agent works from. The more accurate it is, the more on-brand your output will be from day one.
Step 2: How Does Marketeam.ai Find My Competitors?
Next, Marketeam.ai will automatically identify up to five competitors for your brand based on your website and industry.
Review the suggested competitors and edit them if needed. You can remove any that are not relevant and add competitors that are missing. This step is important because your competitor list is used by your AI marketing agents to:
Track competitor positioning and activity
Identify keyword gaps and content opportunities
Benchmark your brand's performance against the market
Taking a moment to get this right will significantly improve the quality of the insights and recommendations your agents produce.
Step 3: Which Accounts Should I Connect?
Next, connect your existing marketing platforms to Marketeam.ai. The more accounts you connect, the richer the insights and the more accurate the output your AI marketing agents will produce.
Social Media
Connect your social media accounts to allow your Social Media Agent to produce platform-specific content and give your Analytics Agent visibility over your social performance.
Supported platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook
Ad Platforms and Analytics
Connect your ad accounts and analytics to give your Paid Advertising Agent and Analytics Agent the context they need to produce relevant ad copy, campaign recommendations, and performance insights.
Supported platforms: Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads
CMS
Connect your CMS to allow your Content and Blog Agent to produce publishing-ready content aligned with your existing site structure.
Supported platforms: WordPress, HubSpot, Shopify, Wix
You can skip any connection during onboarding and add it later from your account settings. However, connecting your accounts from the start gives your agents the fullest possible picture of your brand.
Step 4: What Do I Do Once I Land on the Home Page?
Once onboarding is complete, you will land on the Marketeam.ai home page. This is your central hub for working with your AI marketing agents, tracking performance, and discovering opportunities. Here is what to explore first:
Talk to Your Agents
Your AI marketing agents are ready to help from the moment you land on the home page. Feel free to ask them anything. Request a blog post, ask for a keyword report, get a social media content calendar, or ask for a competitor analysis. There are no wrong prompts. The more you interact with your agents, the more value you will get from the platform.
Check Your Dashboards
Your dashboards give you a real-time view of your brand's marketing performance across every connected channel. Review your traffic, social performance, ad spend, and content metrics in one place.
Review System Insights
Marketeam.ai surfaces proactive insights based on your connected data, highlighting opportunities, flagging performance changes, and recommending areas of focus. Check these regularly to stay ahead of what is happening across your marketing.
Use the CTAs
Throughout the home page and dashboards, you will find contextual call-to-action prompts that guide you to deeper insights and more detailed marketing plans from your agents. Click these to go deeper on any area of your marketing.
